ACADEMICS

Program Structure
The Global Virtual Internship is a supervised remote placement spanning a minimum of four weeks. It allows students and early-career professionals to develop and apply their knowledge in a real-world international work environment - all from the comfort of home.

Participants are placed with a vetted local organization based on their level of study, skills, and career interests, with a customized internship plan developed in advance.

Interns benefit from a pre-placement orientation, weekly interactive learning sessions, and a formal supervisory meeting. Additional program elements include mentoring, peer collaboration, and professional development training, helping interns gain remote work experience while building global connections.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the program, participants will:
  • Apply professional skills in multicultural, remote environments
  • Reflect critically on virtual cross-cultural collaboration and global impact
  • Demonstrate project management within international team structures
  • Compile a polished digital portfolio summarizing their achievements and competencies
