You have been accepted to a GEI program, and this is where you confirm your place. Enrolling takes a few minutes. The program, cohort, and dates you are enrolling in are the ones named in your acceptance email; if anything on this page does not match that email, please write to us before you continue.
What enrolling involves
Your deposit: Enrolling asks for a deposit of US $500 today. It confirms your place, counts toward your program fee, and is non-refundable unless GEI does not run the program.
Your application fee: Enter the award code from your acceptance email at the checkout and your US $50 application fee comes off your total. Any GEI scholarship you have been awarded is applied the same way.
The balance: The rest of your program fee is charged in two installments on the dates shown at the checkout. No installment falls before GEI has confirmed your program; if GEI does not run the program, everything you have paid is refunded in full.
Paying through your institution? Reply to your acceptance email and we will arrange it.
What happens next
Once you have enrolled, your place is held. GEI confirms your program as soon as it has the minimum number of participants, and at the latest by the application deadline; for some programs that is immediate, and you will hear from us either way. Until then there is nothing further to do. After confirmation, we will ask you to complete your participant details form, and your GEI contact will be in touch with everything you need before departure.
