1. Scholarship AmountOne (1) winner per GEI info session - either in-person or virtual - will receive a $500 scholarship to be applied toward the program fee of any eligible GEI study abroad or internship program.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the scholarship, participants must:
- Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at a U.S. university.
- Be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Submit a valid email address via the scholarship sign-up form.
- Attend one (1) GEI info session - either in-person or virtual - before the announced deadline.
3. Program Eligibility
The scholarship may be applied to:
- Any 2026 GEI summer, semester, or internship program.
- Faculty-led programs are excluded, unless specifically co-promoted as eligible.
4. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries for each GEI info session.
The winner will be notified via email no later than three business days after the respective GEI info session.
If the selected winner does not respond within seven calendar days, a new winner may be chosen.
6. Scholarship Use & Limitations
The scholarship must be applied to a GEI program taking place in the same or the next calendar year.
It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
It may be combined with other GEI discounts or funding opportunities, subject to approval.
If the program is canceled or postponed, the scholarship will be honored for future participation, within the eligibility window.
7. Additional Terms
GEI reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
